Workout with your Baby or Toddler

Get fit and meet other Moms in this fun 1-hour stroller fitness class. Moms push their strollers and complete toning body weight and resistance band exercises next to their little ones.

I've been training with her for almost six months, and I'm stronger and fitter than I think I've ever been. I also dropped a clothing size!  Every session is new, so I'm always challenged.  With her kind encouragement, I've pushed myself to places I never knew I could go. The workouts are always varied and fun, and the instructor manages to push your fitness to a new level with each one. She is always cheerful, friendly, and motivational. She takes the time to get to know each person individually, and to understand their fitness goals. One of the best parts of working out with her is that she designs workouts that people of all levels can comfortably do. She brings a wide range of knowledge and expertise that is very rare. She always pays close attention to everyone's form as they exercise, and makes sure to keep everyone safe. The workouts challenge you where you need to be challenged and the group is very encouraging. The instructor gives you realistic goals and her workout is always different so you never get bored. She is very knowledgeable and very inspiring.
